Sophrosyne vol. 1 is a compilation of beats and tunes that I created throughout the year of 2014 during a period where I felt I embodied the intricate essence and principles of the Greek philosophical virtue named "sophrosyne". The EP is intended to challenge listeners to think, relax, and reflect upon themselves with vibrations that soothe the soul.

The 3$ used to purchase the EP and the photographs that accompany it go towards the Life Pieces to Masterpieces organization, which is a non-profit organization that uses artistic expression to develop character and leadership, unlock potential, and prepare African American boys and young men to transform their lives and communities.
